Randy Rudd is our Commercial Sales Manager and has been with All American Ford since 2010. The first Ford that Randy had was an Edge and he is currently driving a 2018 Ford F-150. He graduated from Ocean High School and then went on to graduate from Brookdale College. His favorite sports team is the Miami Dolphins, favorite movie is Field of Dreams and favorite music artist is the Eagles. The first job that he had was as an umbrella boy at Asbury Park Beach and his dream job is to be a professional golfer. Randy enjoys spending time with his daughters.

Dave Mitchell is one of our Sales Manager and has been with All American Ford since 2015. The first Ford that Dave had was an Edge and he is currently driving an Edge still. He graduated from Middletown High School North. His favorite sports team is the Miami Dolphins, favorite movie is Replacements and favorite music artist is Hardy. The first job that he had was as a Lifeguard and he is currently doing his dream job. Dave loves horse racing.

Dave Marino is our Parts Director and has been with the All American Auto Group since 2016. His first vehicle was a 1968 Mercury Cougar and he is currently driving a 2018 Ford Explorer. He graduated from South Plainfield High School. His favorite sports teams are the New York Jets & Boston Celtics, favorite movie is Monty Python and the Holy Grail and favorite music artist is The Beatles. His first job was working as a dining assistant at the Plainfield Country Club and his dream job is to always keep obtaining. Dave enjoys family, friends and rock & roll as he has been a guitar player for 39 years.

Michael Barlotta is a Commercial Account Manager and has been with All American Ford since 2016. The first vehicle Michael had was a 1988 Lincoln LSC and is currently driving a 2016 Ford F-250. He graduated from Curtis High School. His favorite sports team is the New York Jets, favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption and favorite music artist is 2Pac. The first job that he had was at his family’s used car dealership and he currently is doing his dream job.

Chris Savino is the oldest of three brothers that run the day-to-day operations in the highest positions in the dealership with their father: Rich Savino, the Dealer Principle. Chris was an Economics major at the University of Maryland. He has been the General Manager across the All American Auto Mall in Old Bridge (Ford, Subaru, Isuzu, Jerr-Dan Tow Trucks) for many years now. He prides himself on keeping his management staff consistent to ensure the best customer experiences time and time again. Most of his managers have been with the All American Auto Group for at least five years. From growing up on Long Island, Chris is a huge sports fan and roots for the New York Yankees, New York Giants, New York Islanders and New York Knicks. He currently drives a custom Ford F-150.

Nick Savino is one of three brothers that run the day-to-day operations in the highest positions in the dealership with their father: Rich Savino, the Dealer Principle. Nick was a Business Management major at St. John's University. His first job was at Old Navy as a clothing folder. He joined the family business at an early age and worked his way up through the Service Department. He's been the Fixed Operations Director (in charge of Service and Parts) for the All American Auto Mall in Old Bridge for years now. He has helped turn the location into the #1 Ford Service Center in New Jersey. Having grown up on Long Island, Nick's favorite sports teams are the New York Mets, New York Giants and New York Islanders. He currently enjoys driving his Ford F-150.

Jason Savino is one of three brothers that run the day-to-day operations in the highest positions in the dealership with their father: Rich Savino, the Dealer Principle. Jason graduated from the University of Scranton with a Masters degree in Business Administration. He than went on to work at the largest advertising agency in the world, Ogilvy & Mather in Manhattan, for roughly 3 years. As the All American Auto Group was growing in terms of size and locations, Rich decided to bring Jason into the family business as the Digital Operations Director to oversee all marketing, advertising, social media and digital operations throughout the group. Jason has been in his current position since October 2015. Having grown up on Long Island, Jason's favorite sports teams are the New York Islanders, New York Mets and New York Giants. His first car was a 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. A vehicle to this day that he will say was his favorite. He currently drives and enjoys the all-new 2019 Ford Edge ST. Tony Marcario has been a sales consultant since 2017. His first car was a 1968 Mercury Cougar XR7 and he currently drives a 2023 Subaru Ascent Touring. He graduated from Brooklyn College with his BA in Accounting. His favorite sport is F1 Racing, favorite movie is The Great Escape and favorite music artist is Foreigner. His first job was painting desks in grammar school and his dream job is selling yachts.

Tom Dolise is our Isuzu Parts Manager and has been with All American Isuzu since 2015. He graduated from SUNY at Farmingdale. His favorite sports team is the New York Giants, favorite movie is Pulp Fiction and favorite music artist is Nirvana. The first job that he had was at Quiznos and his dream job is to be a pro athlete.

Lauren Rudd has been a Commercial Sales Consultant with All American Ford since 2022. The first Ford that Lauren owned was a 2013 Ford Escape and she now drives a 2022 Ford Edge. She graduated from Kean University. Her favorite NFL team is the Kansas City Chiefs. Her favorite movie is Goodfellas and even though she loves all music, some of her favorites are Drake and Mac Miller. The first job that she had was as a camp counselor. She dreams of being a Forensic Neuropsychologist and she is currently working towards her Masters degree!

Rachel Curry is our Commercial Service Manager and has been with All American Ford since 2009. The first Ford that Rachel had was a Mustang and she is currently driving a Ford Explorer. She graduated from Edison High School. Her favorite sports team is the New York Yankees, favorite movie is Overboard and favorite music artist is Kenny Chesney. The first job that she had was at the ice cream counter at Zipzz Ice Cream Shop and her dream job is to be a retired Powerball winner living on an island. Rachel started her Ford career here with Oasis Ford and came back when the Savino family took over the dealership in 2009.
